Digital Urn

By the term "Digital Urn," we at Zephorum mean our service of recovering the digital legacy of a deceased person at the request of legitimate heirs. The purpose is the deletion of profiles from the Internet and the private commemoration of valuable content and information about that person's life.

We deal with social profiles, email and cloud storage.

We do not currently deal with digital wallets, cryptocurrencies, bank accounts and online subscriptions.

Our main interest is to preserve people's emotional heritage, their history and memory, and to respect their privacy even post-mrortem.

Remember: using the passwords of a deceased person, or another person in general, is an illegal act.

We only need you to provide us with the name of your loved one's profiles, e.g., Facebook user name or an email address.

After that, along with other documents we will ask you for, we will use this information to recover your loved one's digital legacy.

We will not hack into your loved one's profiles, but will talk directly with providers (e.g. Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc.)

Very simple: after purchasing the Digital Urn, we will send you some paperwork to fill out and ask you for some documents to provide us so that we can start the legal process.

After that, we will take care of everything: we will contact the providers, retrieve the raw data you requested (photos, videos, texts, audio of your loved one), convert them into a format you can read, and bring them together in an orderly manner with those of other providers. Once they are ready, you will find all the files in your private area for downloading.

We will wait another 10 days to ensure a safe threshold, after which we will remove all digital legacy from both the providers you have referred to us and our platform, to provide the right to be forgotten that you have requested for your loved one, and allow you to remember in full privacy, as you wish.
