By the term "Digital Mausoleum," we at Zephorum mean our service of recovering the digital legacy of a deceased person at the request of legitimate heirs. The purpose is the deletion of profiles from the Internet and the public commemoration of valuable content and information about that person's existence within a protected and secure memorial space, managed by you, where the memory of your loved one can cross geographic boundaries and live on for generations.

We deal with social profiles, email and cloud storage.

We do not currently deal with digital wallets, cryptocurrencies, bank accounts and online subscriptions.

Our main interest is to preserve people's emotional heritage, their history and memory, and to respect their privacy and remembrance even post-mrortem.

Remember: using the passwords of a deceased person, or another person in general, is an illegal act.

We only need you to provide us with the name of your loved one's profiles, e.g., Facebook user name or an email address.

After that, along with other documents we will ask you for, we will use this information to recover your loved one's digital legacy.

We will not enter your loved one's profiles, but talk directly with the providers (e.g. Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc.).

After that, we will rearrange the data obtained from the various profiles and upload it within your private area.

Very simple: after purchasing the Digital Mausoleum, we will send you some paperwork to fill out and ask you for some documents to provide us, so that we can start the legal process.

After that, we will take care of everything: we will contact the providers, retrieve the raw data you requested (photos, videos, texts, audio of your loved one), convert them into a format you can read, and bring them together in an orderly manner with those of other providers. Once ready, you will find in your private area all the files so you can download or view them and choose which content to move to the public space dedicated to your loved one, the Digital Mausoleum that will bear his name, dates, and a unique epitaph.

We will build the Mausoleum together! You can always consult us for support and to place as you wish your loved one's photos, videos, audios, and texts in the Mausoleum, his or her dedicated memorial space.

Mausoleum is the memorial space dedicated to remembering those you love. You will always be able to edit his or her profile picture as well as all other content that reconstructs the most significant moments of your life.

Remember: it is your digital legacy, and thanks to you it can be carried on for generations.

In addition, once the Mausoleum is ready, you will be able to share its link with your community, create virtual events in his memory, affix and receive digital flowers, so-called "Thoughts" bouquets, and write and receive obituaries and telegrams.
